Absolutely fantastic customer service. The knowledge in the pinky fingers of the people that work behind this counter exceed all of the knowledge within a big box retailer combined! I wish everywhere had this level of knowledge and customer service. Thanks guys!!

Had the little pins on the agitator for our Maytag washer go out. We took the part in with us and Greg found the part and even put the new ones in for us since we had it with us. They have knowledgeable staff and the price was more than reasonable too. Always nice to have a place to get parts for anyone who works on their equipment rather than just getting a new replacement. Seems to be getting harder to do these days.

I ordered parts over the phone. The lady who helped me on the phone was very pleasant to speak with. When I arrived at the store the gentleman at the front desk greeted us and made us feel welcome. Prices are competitive with online stores pricing.
