I ordered parts over the phone. The lady who helped me on the phone was very pleasant to speak with. When I arrived at the store the gentleman at the front desk greeted us and made us feel welcome. Prices are competitive with online stores pricing.

If these folks get tired of helping us with appliance parts--they should go teach classes on customer service. From the time I walked in I was welcomed, said they would be with me in moment--and they were. While getting my part, they welcomed other customers coming in behind me--then gave me the exact part I needed, a better price for authentic replacement part from GE than Amazon counterfeit part--boom, home, installed, working dishwasher and happy wife!! Thank you Fox people!!!

This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in any version of retail throughout my life. From the start of everything their customer service over the phone was absolutely amazing. Leaving me 100% satisfied with everything I needed. Then when I made it to the local store the service men behind the counter were knowledgeable, extremely sincere about their work and beyond helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things. If you are a DIY person like me, look no further! They had great prices and a helpful staff to make sure I didn't make multiple trips. Thank you Fox Appliance Parts. Y'all are amazing.
