Very unprofessional Broker, load booked from Albany Ga to Tucker Ga. I went to the PU location one hour before the appointment at 1pm. When I got into the shipping office they says that this load was cancelled and some company driver from that company took that load a day before. When I call this broker several times and sending emails to let her know what’s happening she never answer, also when I call Fitzmark to request the TONU they didn’t help help trying to transfer the call to that broker that never answers. I finally left that shipper at 2pm. I call her next days and still not available. Be careful whe you book a load for this company.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!!!, WE BOOKED A LOAD with them they kept the driver for 9 hours and Matt Johnson claims he is the owner using derogatory language and cursing. They are very rude to drivers who make it possible for them to make money.They make upto $500 from shippers and they dont pay carriers there dues

They do not use the dispatcher phone number and call/text the driver non stop instead. They even called me at 3:54 a.m.! They also force drivers to download the macro point. The macro point gives them all the information they need to know, but yet they call and text constantly anyway.
