Starting with Melissa, the receptionist on the phone outstanding. Derek, the technician Did an Above & Beyond job his helper Gage was good. Too. Ryan is the owner of the company in a very upstanding individual. I called this morning. They were out here by this afternoon. Very fairly charged.! You can’t go wrong with them! My ac stopped cooling on a weekend,so I called to complain, thinking I would have to wait until Monday, but to my surprise and joy,they had someone out less than an hour and hooked me up with COOL AIR.Thank you ace comfort
These folks are fantastic. They came out the same day I contacted them (they were short-handed; one of the owners came out) assessed the damage, and showed me what had happened. The next day, I had a new Bryant system installed by a courteous, efficient tech at a great price. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys!
EDIT: Wow, did these guys come through for us again! Started having a problem with my air handler over the Memorial Day weekend, and Mitch (what a great guy) came out on his day off...ON MEMORIAL DAY...before 9 am and got our system up and running again in no time. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the excellent customer service from these...read full review
