Had a total sewage failure on the Sunday night before Thanksgiving with company coming in. My daughter, who is in the wastewater industry, called several plumbers but decided on Roto-Rooter. Tyler showed up within an hour, understood the issues, quoted a price, and went to work immediately. My family commented on how nice Tyler was. Tyler completed the work quickly. Problem solved! He also came in under the quoted amount. Tyler also supplied quotes for additional work I need. Definitely my go-to going forward.

The experience of having your home be unusable for basic necessities is one of the most daunting feelings as a homeowner. I personally cannot thank Ezekiel enough, for going above and beyond what was expected. What was wrong with my home was no simple task, by any means, and the news of just how bad the situation was, kept getting worse. Ezekiel stayed late and worked relentlessly to restore my basic necessities (including working into the night), and as the cherry on top he helped me laugh my way through an exceedingly stressful time. I am incredibly thankful to him and highly recommend his services. Thank you Ezekiel, you're one of the greats!
