Valley Athletic Club is the oldest gym in the county, established in 1992. It is a 24-hour fitness and tanning center located on Highway 341. The gym is known for its clean facility, friendly and helpful owner and staff, and a welcoming atmosphere where members are willing to help others out. It offers all the machines and free weights needed for a great workout. The business does not lock members into extended contracts and allows cancellation with no fee. It focuses on encouraging long-time memberships rather than crowded membership drives.
Been going here since September. Enjoy working out here. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Made several friends here and most members are willing to help others out and share their knowledge.
I’ve been going to this gym off and on since 2005 and just started back again, if your looking for the best gym in fort valley this is it hands down in my opinion. Clean, friendly staff, and all the machines and free weights needed for a great pump!
