I have known and worked with Tony roughly 5 years now. I’ve attended his profit builder courses, which gave me incredible insight to numbers and practices I’m not usually able to consider on my own. We have also flown him in to work with our company on budgeting, departmentalization, sales training and various breakdown/build strategies.I can’t say enough about Tony and his team. They demonstrated a very professionally articulated experience, that was both intuitive and personable. We are customers of a monthly program he offers, although in some ways he feels more of a friend. If you have a small lawn / landscape company (like I do), I strongly recommend Tony Bass Consulting's Profit Builder workshop and the Super Lawn Toolkit membership. I was exhausted from long days and weeks in the Florida sun, and at the end of the year, there just wasn't much left over. Fortunately, I saw a Facebook ad for Profit Builder and I gave it a shot. That was January 2020, exactly 1 year ago. In that year, I increased my sales dramatically and have the confidence that I will be able to make a similar jump next year. Tony takes time to review how you handle the day to day aspects of your job detail and makes clear and concise suggestions on how to better improve yourself in your position.
