This place feels like home. I have lived in Fort Valley most of my life and I've heard some good things about this place and some not so great things.But I recently visited a family member here and I was actually impressed. The staff was courteous, the facility was clean, and it just felt like home. If you are considering this place for your family, get a feel for yourself!
I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I have been in a lot of facilities and this is one of the best facilities that I have ever been into. I was very impressed with your staff everybody was so gracious and kind. You should be very proud of your staff everyone always look for a bright and shiny building but a building doesn't make a good facility it's the people so thank you very much for the love and care and respect and dignity that you gave to my father.
The visit was very nice I love how you have to ring the bell to enter in great protecting service it will be a place that I will visit again and I want to say thanks for your service that you are doing for your patience the place was clean smelling clean
