We have used Air Clean Technologies on three separate occasions. Each time a technician got here quickly and solved the problem as quick as they could. The most recent time we used them was for a new unit. They came out on Monday to diagnose the issue. We decided on Tuesday to go with a new unit since ours was so old. They got the new unit placed on Thursday.
Each technician that we have worked with has been great. Very respectful, happy to help and answer questions, and professional.
We will absolutely continue being a repeat customer with ACT if we have any issues in the future. They’ve 100% got our business.
Our AC went out and we reached out to Sean and he had someone there within a few hours. They were able to fix it and at a very fair price. This is the second time we have used him and both times, they were prompt and AC is still going strong. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely 10 out 10 service! During the night the AC stopped working and Sean and his team got me in first thing this morning before the GA heat could heat up the house anymore. When I woke up this morning it was 80 degrees in the home, that was at 5am... Just think if we would have waited. I can't thank this company enough!!
