Every time I need help with my vehicle somebody helps me, they’re always nice and have kept both my vehicles running! Recently my transmission had went out, well after it was replaced, a part was faulty and began leaking and they replaced the whole transmission again free of charge. That’s a lot of work! Definitely have taken a lot of stress off of me. Means so much they’ve helped keep this mess of a ford fusion I’ve gotten myself into, Thanks so much!

Great experience! The staff was very kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain my options and helped me find the most affordable way to fix my car without pressure. It’s hard to find an honest shop like this—highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with New beginning, I took my care to do a diagnostic check. And Mr. Henry and his crew go right to it and provided me with a solution within minutes. He went as far as showing me the parts online that I need to fix the fault. They didn’t force me to fix it with them, they gave me a solution to the problem. And I’m forever grateful for that and definitely will be back to their shop. Great team of professionals.
