She cares about your opinion and will give you what you want within reason, and will tell you if something is going to damage your hair. Tabbatha was absolutely amazing and very professional, with great communication throughout the entire process. She made sure clients were happy with the result, and it is evident she cares very much about her clients and takes pride in her work. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which made clients feel right at home. They offer a variety of services, including shampooing, conditioning, and other salon treatments. The atmosphere is pleasant, and walk-ins are welcome. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and highly recommend Tootsie's for their hair care needs.
Went here for the first time yesterday! Just decided last minute I wanted a hair cut and called and asked if they the had any availability and it was a Saturday afternoon and spoke with the sweetest women, Madeline. She actually had an opening that afternoon so I went in and the place is super cute. Madeline made me feel so comfortable and was so welcoming. She washed, shampooed and conditioned my hair and gave me the cutest hair cut! And she gave me my first blow out and I absolutely love my new hair! Thank you so much! Definitely going to be coming back to her! Y’all need to go check this place out for your hair care needs.
