My first experience was 2 yrs ago for emergency tooth pain. Was told to come right over and they would fit me in their schedule. Very impressed with the dental care and have been going back every since. Staff is friendly and professional.

I, my 2 adult sons, and 2 grandchildren, are all patients of Dr. Charles Owens. I became a patient right after he came to this area, in the 80's. We have all been treated like family. He is very kind, and has fulfilled all our dental needs. If we have a problem, we get in immediately, Through the years, the staff has always been very congenial and efficient.

Well as soon as both receptionists would have finished discussing what someone's nephew was doing last night and someone attended the Taylor Swift concert. They may have had time to inquire about the next patient's needs. Priorities seemed to need readjusted in the front office. I wonder if the owner knows this, understands this or even has input on this.
