I was very pleased with Baileys heat and air and how professional and polite all of the crew was. Randy the owner is extremely caring about his customers and even came out himself to meet with me. Also, Seth and Donovan were extremely helpful and cleaned up behind themselves. Highly recommend this company.

Bailey's did an excellent job of installing and insulation on my HVAC split unit. They were prompt, efficient, and communicated through every step of the process. 10 out of 10, Great Work and Fantastic customer service! Very satisfied. Thank you, Bailey's team!!

I would like to thank everyone from Bailey Heat and Air. Had an issue with my 3year old unit. The company which I purchased it from would not back their warranty after it produced a freon leak and I was very frustrated when I called Rick from Bailey on a Tuesday needing a new one. By Thursday morning they had a new one installed. I was amazed by the service they preformed. Rick, Scott and Isaac and his crew took a terrible situation and made it possible to have faith in a company again. I normally don't do reviews but this time I am proud to do so. Thanks again to all of Baileys people for their help! Also the 36 month zero precent finance was a blessing as well.... read full review
