I’ve been twice. The owner is nice however not that great with some things. first i got a sew in. Overall it didn’t look how i wanted . nothing like the picture i showed her. she claimed she could do a lace closure with some leave out. Absolutely not!!!!!!! it was a mess. and couldn’t be fixed due to how it was sewed. The second time I only booked a wash and blow dry. no style…. i figured that’s simple. wrong!!!!! when i arrived she was on someone else’s head. no where near finished. There was another lady seated whom i thought was just a friend stopping to chat but she was next!!!! so at the start of my appointment, she still had another client to do.. unprofessional!!! To me that’s totally unacceptable. We set a time expecting to be started at that time. It’s an issue if a customer is late but the stylist won’t start on time and not even give you notice that they’re running behind…I wasn’t started until 45 minutes later. I was highly pissed. When I book, i book to get start and finished. not you bouncing between heads leaving me sitting for long periods!!! people have things to do too. mind you i had work that night so i was tired!!!! was almost about to leave.. of course after the wash, i’m left sitting due to the other heads she still had to finish… overall a simple wash appointment took hours. over 2 hours which is ridiculous. Insane actually. Then with all that she didn’t even fully dry my hair. when i left my scalp was still wet in some areas. And it was cold outside..Just piss poor. I was so over it i simply paid and left. I don’t care about how many years she’s been in business, I wouldn’t recommend her to do anything. I know she’s not going to care but my review is just give others a heads up on what they may receive. No response is needed. peace and wellness!!!!

I am natural and love updos. I have been looking for someone that can straighten my natural hair and lay my edges when I get an updo. Amanda did an awesome job giving me a pin curl ponytail with a bang. My natural hair was pulled up smoothly and looks as if I have a perm. Wonder job with the silk press. Beautiful turn out.

Amanda has a really great and positive personality. I had the best time in the wash chair, steam chair, and lastly in the masters chair! My hair absolutely loved her hands. I received the silk press with steam treatment.

I travel for work, she got me in same day for a silk press and face framing bangs. 10/10

UPDATE 1/21/2026:

I am reporting this hair stylist to the BBB. Amanda, how dare you accuse me of scamming you out of $250 when you didn’t even attempt to charge me as I was CRYING in your salon because you RUINED my curls! You should be ashamed of yourself! You didn’t even get to flat iron my hair before I saw the damage you did. Also, as I was crying and you were assuring me that my curls would be back, I want you to know it’s been 2 months and I now have an inch of curly new growth, 4 inches of the STRAIGHT hair you gave me followed by 9 inches of curls. I wonder now if you did it on purpose. Smh.

Ladies and gentlemen, PLEASE find a salon that specializes in keratin treatments.

I typically get my Keratin treatments done in Los Angeles at a Salon that ONLY performs these treatments, no other service is offered there. I moved to Atlanta and decided to give this salon a try.

I went in with curly 3C hair (frizzy since my last treatment was in May in Los Angeles) and left out with STRAIGHT hair from scalp to about 3.5 down the shaft of my hair with the rest of my hair still curly and frizzy. Amanda ONLY treated my “new growth” and said keratin treatments aren’t applied to the hair that was previously treated which is FALSE!! Relaxers aren’t applied to hair that was previously relaxed.

I was adamant about wanting to preserve my curls and just wanting my hair more manageable and frizz free. She understood this. She still proceeded to put this straightening treatment in my hair! I will only be able to wear straight styles until this grows out! My curls are ruined and the sides of my hair is completely broken off to two inches long and it’s all because this stylist refused to acknowledge that she does not know how to do keratin treatments.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A KERATIN TREATMENT. She uses a product that has Keratin in it, NOT THE SAME THING!!!!! Matrix Opti Smooth Normal Permanent Straightening Treatment is NOT a Keratin Treatment!!

To intentionally lie as if I skipped out on paying her when she didn't even attempt to collect money from me because she knew she ruined my beautiful curls. Not once did she ask me about payment, she kept telling me not to cry and that it will be okay and it's not permanent but here we are, two months later and I am now dealing with an inch of curly new growth, 4 inches of straight hair and 9 inches of curly ends. Amanda, you should be ashamed of yourself. Please note, you didnt even get the chance to flat iron my hair because when I finally saw what you did to my hair (you did a pretty good job at preventing me from seeing it up until that point) I was devastated! I immediately asked to see what you put in my hair. A RELAXER. I will be reporting you to BBB.

I made a same-day appointment For a silk press. I received excellent service here. Very professional, very thorough job. My hair was shampooed well and condition well with a hydration treatment. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Great vibe and the stylist has skills.

Sexist. Only takes women clients. Should be illegal to refuse services based on gender.

My moms been coming here for almost three years now! She’s amazing at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone! ❤️
