Five Stars Again, oh heck, how about 10 Stars. We were lucky to have Antwon back in our home to install the fan that was ordered after his visit on July 2nd.
Antwon called us ahead of time on July 8th. Again, like on July 2nd, he was more than curious to us, a true professional in all aspects. Antwon told us again what he was going to do and an estimate of time it would take to complete the repair. He was dead on with his estimate including making sure the stove worked properly as promised. He also explained all about the warranty with respect to the repair in clear understandable two syllable sentences. Not a lot of Legal jargon you sometimes get after repair.

“One of my outside units would not come on, so after doing some research, I made an appointment with this company due to the excellent reviews from neighbors who used this company when it was owned by the previous owner. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and responsive. She was able to get me a same day appointment. The technician was pleasant and showed me the shorted high voltage wire that caused the failure. He replaced the sender unit and charged me a fair price. I have had AHS off and on for almost 30 years, but decided to leave them recently after a seemingly change in culture at the company. I will be calling this company for all my heating/air and appliance needs.“
