Tony was extremely knowledgeable and really listened when we were sharing our fridge problems. We had gone through replacing the part ourselves (freezer door gasket) and another service repair company and the problem of our fridge freezing over was never solved. But when Tony heard the trial and error we endured, he was able to diagnose the actual issue! It was validating to truly be heard when we shared we already tried something he initially suggested (the common fix), and he was able to investigate further to find the true, root cause.
Had some hiccups with communication through their HQ/scheduling, but Tony the repairman was fantastic!
