His demeanor, humor, gentle touch and consideration made me comfortable and happy for my first 5-hour seession. I am returning this week to finish it. This experience has turned a several year, many surgery trauma into a happy memory and item of pride. I am a lady "of a certain age" and the whole shop felt friendly and inviting.
