“ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I wish I could give Vitality 5 stars… but unfortunately I can’t. The staff is amazing! The procedure results, not so much.

I’m coming to the end of my 1 year contract and if I had it to do over again, I wouldn’t. During my year, I got monthly facials as well as laser hair removal for an annual contract total over $2,500. There’s barely noticeable difference after 9 months of facials and I’m still going in for laser hair removal sessions though I was told 6 sessions would be adequate for my naturally fine hair.

But what’s crazy is I still absolutely love the staff. They are so nice and friendly and I’ll miss their smiling faces when my contract ends. I wish I had better treatment results. I feel I definitely overspent here. Though I will not be renewing my contract, I do wish the business well.

Staff showed genuine concern about my issues and absolutely put immediate effort into making things right. We both agree that there was a huge communication gap when I had to change estheticians toward the beginning of my membership (my 1st assigned esthetician left 3 months into my contract). I now have a personalized treatment plan and I feel so much better. I only wish this resolution had came much sooner. I'm giving an extra star for how they addressed my situation.“
