I’ve been going here for over 7 years & have been very satisfied. My last haircut was 3-4 weeks ago. My mistake was not going back by the next day. That’s how long I was told you have if not happy. Granted I waited a long time but I couldn’t get back as I had a surgery as well as my 85 yr old mother who I care for broke her back & had surgery too. I’m pretty sure it was Tanya. Beware that she will not take much off if you don’t pay attention. I felt it was done so I have to come back sooner. She’s done this before twice but I told her to take more off while there. We recently moved into the area and I needed to get my hair cut. I'd used Great Clips years ago and it was a horrible experience. I was desperate and figured it would only be two-weeks of suffering because most haircuts will mellow out after two weeks. I got a GREAT cut - no pun intended. So much so that I went back 5-weeks later for another cut from a different person and it was even BETTER!! They offer military discounts and I get coupons in the mail. I have a picture on my phone of how I want my hair to look and I show it to the stylist and they nail it! I'm GRATEFUL for GREAT CLIPS! Great place to get your hair cut. Bronwynn, Tonya, genesis and Becca are all AWESOME to be around, and great vibe. Those are the ones you want to cut your hair and you'll NEVER regret it??
