Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Absolutely without question the poorest customer service I've experienced with a company. It took them 3 months to complete the roof replacement gutter replacement and internal leak repair. The roof was completed in one day. The follow up to complete the job took three months no communication from the company. I had to facilitate all communication on a weekly basis. Excuse after excuse. Both employees who started my job quit after because of how poor the communication and follow up was. Steer clear of this company. Horrible customer service and follow up

This company is outstanding! I had a roof leak, called them, they were there that afternoon, and repaired the leak. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, courteous and got the job done correctly. Five stars!!! I will absolutely call them in the future for any roofing needs!
