Can't get to anyone after 3 transfers and 15 min on the phone just to get a cost on cash pay office visit. The system is disorganized. Sad probably good drs there but not worth the admin run around in the phone

The Doctor was Joeshe and he couldn't have cared less. Horrible, horrible personality! I would never go back to that jerk, or refer anyone to him or that place! When I got there I wondered why the waiting room was empty, and this is the reason. I expected so much more from Emory.

I had an excellent experience at Emory Ortho and Spine in Flowery Branch! From the beginning of the process, everything was streamlined and efficient. I was able to call into the scheduling center to book a same week appointment with a provider at the flowery branch location. After scheduling the appointment, all of the check-in paperwork was sent electronically and easy to complete online prior to the visit. Once arriving, the front desk staff sent me straight into X-ray and afterwards intake with the athletic trainer was completed.
