Very great customer service! Both the ladies here are very sweet to all customers and make you feel very welcomed! The laser hair service has been a life saver, I have seen noticeable in my hair growth on my underarms. I highly recommend Brio!
I've been going to Brio Med Spa for about 5 years now. It may have been a rocky start but that's because I think I was used to spas that have staff like cotton candy. Super sweet but really nothing was substance meaning if I had concerns, they would just be super happy and smiley talking in circles not really address the issue I was concerned about. So when I went to Brio I thought it was a little cold because, let's face it, they just get right down to business. And they are genuine when they want to make sure you are satisfied.
