We used All City Party Rentals for a recent school event and I could not have been happier with our decision to use them. Firstly, they accommodated our request on such short notice! Sam was very collaborative and honest on what we needed and perhaps what we didn’t need - she wasn’t looking to just ‘sell us’ on unnecessary items. Their inventory was vast and their pick up and drop off was extremely smooth and efficient. All City Party Rentals delivered and set up 2 30x30 tents for my daughter’s wedding. They were easy to work with from the office scheduler to the delivery and set up. They worked hard to help us out in a time crunch and everyone was so nice and accommodating. We also rented 100+ chairs and 20 tables. Everything went great and they picked everything up without a single problem. I really appreciated their hard work as we had a downpour right as the ceremony started. The tents were a life saver!!!
Staff is pleasant and excellent customer service! I’ve used this company for a baby shower and birthday and never had issues! Will always be their customer and use them for my family’s future events!
