Our Ac unit went out and we had 1 company quote us $5,000 to fix without even tracking down the problem and tried to up sell us a new unit because of the cost to fix. Our tech Andy came out to give us a second opinion. Even in the extreme heat he did his job properly, found the actual problem, and it ended up being a fraction of the other quote and we did not need to replace our unit!
