On Saturday morning, I woke up to a bathroom full of yellow jackets. After one company came out and was not able to get rid of the nest, I found SEBR on google Monday and the guys were at my house first thing Wednesday AM. They were professional, thorough and made me feel at ease. They were able to remove the drywall that the bees had eaten through (who knew!), remove the hive, the bees and repair the drywall. They cleaned up so well, I could hardly tell they were here. I would give them 10 stars if it would allow me. If you have a bee problem, these are the guys to call!!
Andrew of Southeast Bee Removal went above and beyond to help me with a bee situation - and he did it completely for free.
I called on a Sunday evening, expecting to leave a voicemail, but Andrew answered. He listened patiently as I described the problem, then calmly explained why it was likely nothing to worry about. He said that the bees would probably move on naturally within a few days and told me exactly what signs to watch for.

I contacted the company because I thought I had a bee colony inside one of my outside walls. We chatted via text and after sending videos, pictures, and answering a lot of questions I had, we determined I have Mason bees and not honey bees. I am grateful that they took the time to consult with me to ensure I made the right decision despite not having to not need their services in the end. Very professional.
