I have been a patient of piedmont physican for over 10yrs. The care is always top-tier. Every Dr. and nurse I've worked with had always been caring, professional and has always listened to me. I always recommend piedmont physicians to everyone that's looking for top-tier doctors and treatment

Waited 4 months for a new patient appt with Dr Oh. 3 weeks before appt the office called to say that she decided to take vacation that week, thus my appt will be rescheduled, and the earliest they can get me in is ANOTHER 4 months from now. Very unprofessional. If my appt is canceled by them after I already waited so long, they should have made every effort to squeeze me in within a reasonable time frame. What happened to the days when physicians cared about their patients? Or perhaps the bigger problem is that Piedmont, who gobbled up all the private practices, is the healthcare company too big to care. Either way, it sadly appears the patient ranks last.

The entire staff, receptionist, nurses, lab techs and NP Lane, were extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Absolutely the best Dr. experience fo me in the past 5 years!

I am not happy with my experience at this office. First, I scheduled an annual wellness check. When I arrived I was told it was a New Patient visit and not an annual wellness check so I had to pay a copay. The appointment was very rushed with the doctor. My results were sent to me in the My Chart portal with a brief message on my test results but no recommendations or request to discuss the results. I was also told I could schedule a wellness appointment in maybe 3 months. As the patient, why isn't it my decision to schedule a annual wellness check?
Also, my insurance company said I was overcharged for my copay, so I sent messages via My Chart and received no response. I tried calling but could never reach the billing department.
It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience and all I'd like to do is manage my healthcare.
