The entire experience was positive. From booking my appointment to my arrival and time in the chair. The appointment started in time and ended in time. Val was patient and eager to discuss my hair loss history. I would suggest the procedure to anyone experiencing hair loss. Weave and Wigs are not the answer - you have the opportunity to get it right and make your hair better and this is the best start

I called at 8am on Saturday morning asking to be a full weave walk in and I was obliged!! The building was easy to find via GPS, clean, visibly marked and is situated in an office park, thus parking was ample and I felt safe - no foot traffic here. I had to be worked in, so I came equipped with a book and my iPad. While waiting, I was warmly greeted by every stylist and assistant that passed, and offered the Wi-Fi password, water and coffee. They sell chips and candy for a nominal fee, and the receptionist is a Notary Public per the desk signage.
