John came out on very short notice to check our HVAC unit out, was very honest about what should be done and came back out with his team 2 days later to get our unit replaced. Very professional job. He explained every step to us and showed us what our old unit looked like. Highly recommend John and his team. I will always give John a call first when I have any HVAC issues.

Our air conditioner stopped working at one of the worst times possible, and I had an emergency on my hands. We had over twenty people at our house for my wife’s birthday party. Since we live in Peachtree City, I thought it would be hard to get someone out on a Saturday. I called John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair and explained the situation to John.
Even though he was already on his way home from work, he turned around and came straight to our house to check out our system. Just talking with him, I could tell that he had a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. John took the time to explain to my wife and me what caused the problem and what he had to do to get it working. My wife felt comfortable with him right away. He checked out our air conditioner, found the problem, and had it back up and running in less than an hour.
I thought the price was very reasonable for a Saturday, and his response time was impressive. I would definitely recommend John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair to anyone who needs their heating and air system repaired right away.

I cannot express how grateful I am for John and all he has done for us. I work for Heartis, a senior living community, and I’ve had to call on John at various hours of the day and night. He always responds immediately, evaluates the situation, comes up with a solution, and fixes the problem as soon as possible! His customer service is hands above anyone else that we have ever used. His prices are fair and he can solve just about any problem we have right away. He has always been honest, fair, and upfront about what the situation is and what the cost will be. I live in Fayetteville, and my air conditioning unit stopped working at the end of the summer. When the weather got warmer last week I called John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair and he was able to come out and get it working that same day. I was told by another local company that my air conditioner could not be repaired. John is very experienced and his ability to get it working was very impressive. I would highly recommend him and I will be using them again in the future.

My furnace stopped working on New Year’s Day in Fayetteville and I never thought I would find someone open. I called John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair and he was able to come right over. John diagnosed the issue quickly, and he explained to me what was wrong and what caused the trouble. He had the parts we needed on his van and had our air conditioning back working the same day. You can tell he has a lot of experience. If you need air conditioning repair in Fayetteville, this is the company to call. I would highly recommend them!

John’s Heating, Cooling, and Appliance Repair did an excellent job repairing our furnace here in Fayetteville. Our heat stopped working, and with cold weather coming in, we needed help fast. John showed up on time and quickly figured out the problem. I was really impressed with the way he took the time to explain what he had to do to make the system work again. You can tell right away he knows what he’s doing. I will call him again.
