This is the only salon I go to for my hair services and I must say I can’t go anywhere else unless it’s going to be Hair at The Square Salon! Immaculate service, and each stylist is well experienced with care for their craft- and it reflects on each client hairstyle that leaves of the salon with a smile on their face! This is a 10/10 service and will be back! Thanks for everything that you all do!

I was struggling to find a good stylist and came across this salon while driving around. I walked in needing help and met Ms. Lysa. She couldn’t see me same day as a walk in but asked if I could come back in the morning because it was late in the day, they were still pretty busy and it was only two stylist in at the time. I said yes and showed up first thing the next morning and she was ready and waiting when I walked thru the door. She was so nice and friendly and gentle and very thorough! She took her time and thoroughly washed my hair and deep conditioned it. I thought I was in need of a hair cut but she said it wasn’t as bad as I thought and she just trimmed and cleaned up my ends. She was very friendly and personable! I ended up getting a silk press and some beach curls and hunni! She literally gave me life!! I booked with her in October the first time and have definitely booked with her again in September and will continue to do so moving on! That’s my girl now!! Thank you Ms. Lysa!

Please don’t go here, booked an appointment originally for Saturday was told it’s not available due to her normal scheduled clients, changed it to a thursday at 9 am the stylist doesn’t actually show until 9:30 to not even give me anything nearly to what I asked for, my roots are brown but ends are still black to add on brassy highlights and instead of trying to fix it they were too busy trying to get me to pay and leave so other customer couldn’t see me complain about the poor service and color

If i could give MS. Charlotte no stars I would. My appointment was set for 12:15PM when I arrived they forgot about my appointment and told me to come back an hour later. I had time that day so that was nonprofessional but my schedule allowed it to happen. I went for a cut and color and neither one came out like my reference picture. My cut was choppy and frizzy , my color I requested was blonde but it came out super brassy and was charged an extra $100+ to add dye at the ends . At the end I let her know that I was not happy with the service and Ms. Charlotte has a very nonchalant attitude as if it was my fault I didnt like my hair and refused to assist further after charging me $300+

I spent a lot of money on my hair just to leave the salon with hair that isn’t styled and looked frizzy and was told it looked ok when it has never looked like that at another salon or when another stylist did it. The owner didn’t style my hair at all.

Mrs. Charlotte is amazing!! I love my silk press! My hair felt so light and just refreshed once she finished ! She is very pleasant and professional and takes time to get to know her clients. The atmosphere at the salon was very relaxing. Definitely going back! Nechelle
