They charged upfront on a credit card for the technician to come. When he came the water line had been disconnected because the dishwasher was flooding so a handy man had disconnected it. The technician looked at that and left saying call me when the plumber will connect the water line. When we said can you not do it he said ' I'm not a plumber.When we called him he said to call the company to make another appointment. We called and set up the appointment for the next day between 9 and 12 am.
