Customer service, I had the worst experience with the tax office today. I called today to find out what was needed on my part, as I turned in paperwork for my 100% military disability, last year....I am NOT familiar with the process and simply needed guidance. The guy that I spoke with was demeaning and condescending and down right rude to me.
