“Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there. “Excellent service. The technician was subcontracting through another company. His work was quick and excellent quality. He refinished my bathtub so it looked virtually new. The bottom had been basically worn out after 11 years of use. What I expected to take 3-4 hours, like mentioned by the main company, took about 30 minutes. I wish that I could have located him directly because his price was a lot more reasonable than going through the main company. Especially after seeing how quickly it was done. All in all a great and professional experience. I would definitely recommend him opposed to paying the higher cost of going through a larger company and paying the additional overhead.“
