Unfortunately, what I thought would be a quick and easy process was uncomfortable and subpar. I came for an eyebrow wax, and when I didn’t quite like the arch that I was left with the technician did not express interest in helping with cleaning my brows more. My face was still sticky from the wax due to her not using anything to clean my eyebrows afterward. She proceeded to talk down about me and our interaction to another employee before I could even pay. Not the service I expected from Ms. Sophia.

The service was friendly and polite. They are open to a lot of requests and can be understanding. I would love to take some people there during valentines if I can.Services: Men's manicures
