I have 4 fur babies and my rescue JackTzu Murphy hasn’t been very socialized with other dogs or people… he’s not aggressive and he loves our other fur babies. He’s 26 lbs they are all under 10lbs & he’s the one cuddling with them!He’s just a scared pup.The very first time I took him to Sweetwater. Dr.Powell and 2 other staff members literally sat on the floor with him at his level. Offering him treats and assuring him that it was ok. That sealed the deal for me! Who does that??He used to shake so bad. I had to carry him wrapped in a comfort blanket to any other vet. Fast forward 1 year later. He gets excited to ride in the car… he then starts barking like crazy with excitement when he sees the vet parking lot haha! And now my little man is so proud. Walking in the door on his leash harness. He even stepped on the scale by himself during our last visit!So if you go to the vet and you hear a dog barking non stop….its probably Murphy! So I’m apologizing now. ?As long as I live here…. I will NEVER go anywhere else. These are my babies & the staff goes above and beyond!!“

“Great staff, and they handled my dad’s goofy dog quite well. You call when you get there to let them know that you’re there and wait in the car and they come get your pet when they are ready for it. It’s a really cool system. The Vet came out afterwards to give you an overview of the visit & your pet. I liked the place quite a bit and Lucy the Dog did as well.“

“Lifeline is a no-nonsense busy clinic that I'm so grateful for, there was a bit of a learning curve though so be prepared. If you're dropping off a tnr the earlier the better and covering the carrier is going to be best for you and the critter and the critters it's sitting with once you drop it off. Pay attention to your surroundings, if you can grab the door for someone it'll make their day and there are no shortage of opportunities to do so. I snapped a picture of a blank dropoff sheet last time (make sure you have the right one too) and like to print it off and fill it out at home vs in the office bc mornings can be so chaotic. Also, if you're transporting a feral wear gloves, even if it seems like overkill do it anyway for yourself and cover the trap or carrier with something for everyone's safety, saw an employee get a nasty bite last time on their hand and it was not happy looking. Rabies vaccination for a human is a drawn out process of several shots at specific intervals and not cheap if you don't have insurance.“

“Our appointment was at 2pm, that's when they return from lunch. Everything was fine. The came in the room about 5-7 minutes after we got in there. They told me what was going to happen, had me fill out the text link document and then took my pup back.Then brought him back, got the results of the test and then brought the doctor in.“
