This place should be out of business the way that they have messed up my husband's mouth! Got a bridge that has fell out so many times that I have lost count! All within days of getting it glued, cemented or whatever they do to keep it in! I have now sent my husband to a new dentist that is a witness to the unsightly and unprofessional work that they have done. They should be ashamed! As the saying goes, when you know better, you do better! And lord knows we trust these professionals to take care of us when they are doing nothing but making a bad situation worse, but all the while getting paid!!! They don't care about the patient or their well being! All they want to do is bill for an office visit or some type of service to get paid!!! Please find yall a new dentist! Don't go here!!!

Best dentist I've ever had. Staff is very nice and professional. Doctor White takes gemreat care of me and my family. Honestly best dentist I've ever had.

I was very anxious about getting a tooth filled and the dentist, Dr. White and his assistant were very patient with me. It was a breeze! I never felt the shot or the drilling of my tooth. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I am no one. I had been receiving good service from Dr. White for over 19 years. However, today was the 1st & last straw for me here. Despite the obvious ( he updated an old moldy historic home office) I convinced my husband to go to Dr. White... 1st because my insurance was paying a portion of our services. I could've picked anywhere, other than choosing to be loyal to this facility. Us trying to do our part in supporting our black professionals in specialty services. It hasn't been good experiences either. My husband was very upset with having teeth removed at this moldy office. If you choose to get a tooth extracted here make sure he removes all of the tooth. Bring lysol for the mold spores (he recently painted over the mold btw) My husband had not had an extraction "ever" before coming to Dr. White for an exam. In this case judge a book by its cover. No real investment in his old moldy office. No real good service. No real good staff that is stable or reliable. He's switched office staff quite a few times over the years. He allowed his staff to charge me $75 for x-rays they already have & offered to bill me $187 for the removal of the tooth left behind. Ripping me off to underpay his new used staff. His incompetence along with his staff was apparent when I was told that Dr. White didn't do it... They did not do that is what she really said. She also said the tooth was broken off from a tooth they hadn't touched. It was already there. Dr. White never came out to address my husband about his carelessness. I do not know if he was even there. His inconsiderate staff just took my husband's money, & refused to take accountability for this error on the behalf of Dr. White. I hope that Dr. White takes the time to look over his work more now that he's older. I have added Fairburn Family Dentistry to my list of places who will not receive anymore money from my household. To think... My husband told me that Dr. White wouldn't do nothing. If anyone ever wonders why people travel miles outside of their own communities to receive better services & amenities... Offices and businesses who behave just like this one. I am so disappointed. Thank you for your time and reading my review! Happy Friday! Update 6/12/2023 woke up in pain from this tooth left behind. Still trying to find a dentist to trust. Any suggestions in north Fulton county?
