I have enjoyed coming here and Joseph has always been warm and friendly while the other lady hasn't been friendly and receptive towards me despite me greeting everybody and being my best. I wonder how come that is?

There was a spot on my shirt that was not there when I dropped it. They offered to clean it again, but I needed the shirt before an early flight the next day. I guess they don't inspect the items after cleaning.

Love KIMS. i have been going here for 5 years. Never had an issue. Very professional. Clothes are cleaned and pressed nicely and with love. Wouldn’t go any where else to get my clothes cleaned
