I had the absolute best experience at Retreat Spa and Salon. I was greeted with a smile at check-in. The environment was welcoming upon entry- the cleanliness & setup was top tier. Deandra was very friendly and professional. She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I immediately felt the tension release in my back and shoulders. I felt totally relaxed. Debbie did an outstanding job on my facial. She was such a sweetheart. Retreat Spa and Salon deserves 5 stars for sure!!

Self care is definitely something I’m learning to do more as a woman which is something I hardly ever did for various reasons. I must say, this is one of the best birthday gifts I’ve ever given to myself. I came here after work for a Facial Derma and my first experience was absolutely wonderful. I feel bad for snoring (I’m definitely tired) but I was comfortable, the table/ was nice and warm as well as the room and the lady who worked on my face took really good care of me. I’ll definitely be back?. Happy early birthday to me .

I was going to be in town visiting for the day and was looking for a top-notch spa to spend the day in and came across Retreat Spa & Salon. I booked several services. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the girl working the front desk and filled out some forms since it was my first time. My first service was a massage by Dale. Dale has 17 years of experience, is extremely professional, and is a very good massage therapist. I really enjoyed our discussion and left feeling so relaxed. I then went to Kay for a facial as well as had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Kay is very knowledgeable about skincare and just did a fantastic job. I enjoyed learning what my skin needed. She was happy to recommend products when I asked. I wish I had taken pictures of the before and after because my skin and eyebrows look so amazing! She even gave me her number in case I had any additional questions. My final service was with Candy. I was booked for just a haircut, but I really also needed color. Candy was super patient, asked me alot of questions about my hair, and without me asking, offered to also color my hair. I was thrilled she had the time to do it! She was also very knowledgeable. She taught me so much about my hair and made so many good recommendations throughout the process. The end result was amazing both in color and cut. I left feeling like a million dollars and looking totally different than I did when I walked in. I had the best experience at Retreat. If I could fly to Augusta every 6 weeks to spend time at this spa, I would in a heartbeat! It was such a wonderful experience!
