PruittHealth Evans is a great place to work, according to multiple reviews. One individual mentioned that they have learned new roles and established a supportive work family during their time there. The day staff on the Rehab side is absolutely amazing. They treat my mom with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this facility for Rehab. To name a few: Marie is an excellent nurse, Cara, Karen, Alex and Felicia so sweet to my mom. The evening shift is absolutely the opposite. No one comes when the light is on. My mom suppose to wear Cpap but they neglect to place it on her face, and don’t try calling after hour because no one will answer phone.
My mom was there less than a week and the staff that she started with in the morning was amazing until Wednesday when the replacement CNA for the next two days DID NOT come in at all to change or check on her just drop off trays of food. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff Ms. Sharon. Thursday evening was even worst so I spoke with supervisor Jacqueline and she was unbothered. She was rude , she wasn’t sympathetic, empathetic or concerned. I discharged my mom. I plan to take this to the full extent because caring for our family members is not just their job but it should also be their priority and responsibility. My year at Pruitt Evans has been more than Ive expected. Things started off overwhelming but Im happy to say I have learned new roles and continue to grow. I enjoy the work family I have established.
