Have been working with Family Care since November. Honestly love the people and the clients. Have felt like I am being heard and am valued in what I do and the care I provide. Wouldn't ask for a better company.
I have been working with Family care for 8 months now. My experience working with them has been great. I love the flexibility and I am treated with respect from Everyone I come in contact with from the schedulers all the way to management. I also have provided care for some amazing clients and love the interaction as well as the experience I get working with people who have different abilities. I can definitely see myself working with family care long term.
I have worked for this company for going on 10mths now. They have been nothing but supportive, creating a great positive atmosphere to thrive in. The managers are easy to talk to and I have gotten the honor of getting to know some amazing caregivers. Honestly could not have asked for a better company to work for.
