Primary Care Internal Medicine in Evans: Zhenrong Zhang MD

My retired neighbor who used to work in University medical system recommended Dr. Zhang to me. I was a little hesitant for the on line review of her office is not so good, negative reviews most specifically aimed at the receptionist. However, I’ve been to Dr. Zhang for over a year now. I feel Dr. Zhang is great, caring and responsive and she does not just prescribe medications, she also often recommends diet and exercise to help improve health. As to the receptionist, I think she is fine. Even if she is rude as other described, I won’t outweigh her over Dr. Zhang for Dr. Zhang is the one who watches over my health.

Doctor is pretty good however her receptionist is TERRIBLE. She is always rude. They also insist you come back in and pay a second co pay to get results from labs. It’s not necessary. MOST doctors have an online portal where you can view and have a nurse call with results. It’s a way for them to bill you again. Also getting a refill was impossible and of course the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

Dr. Zhang is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen to you and the concerns you have. She has always been professional and kind during my appointments. I've never had a doctor who truly listened to me and saw me as a person and not as numbers on a chart. I've been seeing Dr Zhang for about 9 months now and have been very satisfied with the level of care that I receive. The office is always cleanly and we'll put together. Her staff is also kind and understanding. I'm so glad that I finally found a doctor that I not only genuinely like, but that I also feel safe being treated by. If you are needing a doctor in the CSRA area she is one of the best in my opinion.
