I came in and was greeted so kindly. The MA I had was attentive and gave me some tips that helped her too. She held a conversation with me and I felt like she was happy to talk to me, not like I was just another patient. One of the other MAs came and they were laughing together but including me. The whole vibe was just nice overall. The doctor listened to me and to my complaints, I felt very seen and heard. At the end of the visit, a different woman came in with my paperwork and made sure I knew my instructions and even made sure my medicine was sent to the right pharmacy!! Everyone was so nice, I definitely recommend coming here!!
Piedmont Prompt Care Clinic Medical Staff, that provide excellent care for Patient's upon arrival. I'm Campus Security Staff and I've been a walk in Patient, with each visit my experience has been pleasurable.

Staff was amazing till the very end, i’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but Aleena treated me so rude while discharging me today. She slammed the door open and said “okay, leave now” and then, as I was trying to ask her about my payments, she cut me off mid question with a “ I don’t know anything about that, go straight and make a left there’s the exit” I understand people have bad days but if you hate your job or your life, find another job or live another life❤️
