It's really unfair that such a good clinic has such a low rating. My son's dermatologist Danielle, is so kind and sincere. We talked just like a friend. The girls at the front desk are also kind and helpful. Every visit I make is very pleasant and I never have to wait for a long time. Even if you need to modify appointment, it is very convenient. If there is a ten-star review, I will give them ten stars. I really don’t have any complaint.

I usually dont put reviews but.. I was disappointed. My doctor, Lauren, is great! But, the front desk staff turned me off. I come inside and they look the other way. Then, I started to have insurance problems (as everyone does). At least one of them wanted to help me not pay a bill I couldn’t afford at the time; the other one kinda said “let her pay the full amount”. Not helpful at all. Then, one of the receptionist actually helped me and got the manager involved in my insurance problems (initially they said that it wouldn't cover anything so clearly the front desk staff need more training). Accompanied my mother to be seen by PA Danielle Elbert. We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff and sent upstairs to wait to be seen. CMA Lauren was very friendly and kept us informed throughout the appointment. PA Danielle was thorough and patient as she interacted with my mother. Breath of fresh air that she had the expertise and great patient interaction skills! Glad to have found a great office for my mom! Thanks Danielle & Lauren!
