“I came in to get some ideas of costs and was greeted by all of the employees. I ended up talking with Kisha. She was very professional and friendly and gave me exactly the information I was needing. She made sure I knew price ranges, what all was covered, who the doctor was, when he was available, and gave me a card before I left, all without being pushy. Even if I do not choose to go with this option for my vision services, I still give them high remarks for their pleasant disposition and thorough knowledge. On a side note, the store was very well kept and taken care of.“

“I love the eye clinic they are always nice and if they’re not it’s because you’re rude and pain should not cause you to step out of place. A little understanding goes a long way. Dr. Estes is so amazing and I’m sure if it wasn’t for her I would’ve been completely blind in my right eye she has been my savior through my entire traumatizing situation she is understanding in every way and doesn’t beat around the bush. “1. Dr. Tippet has the TECHNOLOGY and EXPERIENCE to diagnose your eye problems/diseases as they arise. He is professional and knows what he's doing. I've not experienced this kind of detail anywhere else in Augusta. 2. Monica was so sweet, kind, caring, and KNOWLEDGABLE when it came time to order my glasses and with helping me with my contact(s) order!!! Lovely to speak with as well. 3. My glasses were ready within a week- sometimes unheard of, but came even before my contact order was delivered in the mail! 4. Front desk, and all other workers I had personal contact with were nice and helpful as well. Especially when it came time to practice putting in my contacts. Everyone was very professional. I have had two great experiences here now, two years in a row. I highly recommend Dr. Tippet and his office/staff.“
