I cannot say enough about the first class, personalized service I’ve received at Broome over the last few years. Dr. Broome is keeping a close watch on my vision issues, carefully measuring and tracking the anatomy of my eyes from year to year. He shares all the scans, photos, metrics, etc. and is able to explain what it all means clearly and succinctly. It is so reassuring knowing my eyes and vision are is his skilled, genuinely caring hands.
Broome also has an huge selection of modern and stylish frames, and they are always able to steer me to the perfect lens for specific needs (Shamir Blue Zero for my often strained, computer weary eyes). They also have a great lab, happily honor their warranty work, and are always able to get my new glasses spun up and in my hands very quickly. I’m so thrilled with the all around quality of Broome Family Eyecare’s work that this year I bought three new pairs of glasses - my standard glasses for my astigmatism (John Varvatos), reading glasses (Dragon), and sunglasses (Maui Jim). Paul and staff again went the extra mile to ensure they all fit me perfectly (which is a task due to my uneven ears!). All three pairs look awesome and feel great. If you can’t tell, I could not be happier!!!

Had an extremely over due visit today. It was literally the most amazing visit! The staff was very friendly. Dr. Broome has to be one of the coolest doctors I've met! He made sure I understood everything I asked about Taylor was so patient and sweet with helping me pick out my frames. Thanks Broome!!
My son and I visited to obtain assistance with our glasses. Both pairs had screws that refused to stay in place. So, after months of trying to repair them ourselves we finally decided to ask for help. We explained the situation and the employees were quick to help since our glasses were purchased through them. Everyone was very friendly.
