Augusta University Care Center Evans

I stopped in there today around 1:15 because I broke my wrist and wanted to have it checked. The two front desk girls were on their phones, one curled up in her chair (girlA) and the other (girl B) sprawled out in hers. I, unprompted, told them what my issue was and asked them if they did X-rays there. Girl A hesitated and then said she thought so and Girl B said they can’t because she thinks the X-ray person is gone. Girl B asked Girl A “is she still painting the parking lot?” And girl B said “I dunno”. So I told them she was because I saw a girl in the parking lot painting the lines with spray paint. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. My husband and I just left there today (aug 24 at 3:50 pm). He needed to be seen because his arm was in pain. He couldn’t even get seen due to the laziness of the front desk receptionist. She refused to give us any information so we can get an approval from our insurance to be seen there. She had a bad attitude the whole time ! We wasted one hour just waiting because she didn’t wanna help him (probably because they close at 4:30 and wanted to make sure she got out on time). Have been here twice. Once for my daughter, and once myself. Both times wait time has been very short, and have been very pleased with the service provided.
