With a 12,000 square foot Service and Parts building and storage for 100 campers, including 14 premium covered spots, the team at Augusta RV is equipped to handle all types of camper repairs, from water leaks and roof replacements to awnings, satellites, and more. The staff is committed to getting customers back on the road as soon as possible, and their customer service is exceptional. Reviewers have praised the team's professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Clint was helpful and gave a tip that worked for an a/c issue. The team is knowledgeable and professional, getting a 45’ Class A with an awning fixed. Augusta RV is the Best, getting a generator fixed quickly. Clint checked with his boss and they were able to get a traveler in the same afternoon. Brandon started on the generator first thing and had it diagnosed and fixed within the hour, getting the customer ready for the road.
I would like to give a big thanks to Augusta RV Service Manager (Clint) for helping me get my motor home refrigerator going on short notice. Not only did he take time to give me a couple of things to troubleshoot over the phone and requested to give him a call back if needed. After no luck with getting it going and a call back, he could tell I was in somewhat of in panic mode after finding out I was within a couple of days of going out of town in it, He expedited the repair quickly !! Also a big thank you to Parts Manager (Christie) for coordinating the call phone calls and looking up additional parts information for later repairs. Entirely reliable, safe, secure, and user-friendly! I was looking for a temporary storage site to house my RV while Hurricane Helene repairs were made on my property. Augusta RV was the perfect choice. From helpful advice on maintenance needs to professional execution at competitive pricing, I have never been disappointed and remain a client to this day, well after repairs on my property were complete. These folks are phenomenal and their service is outstanding!
