Great experience with Rush Truck Center in Augusta. Tammy in the parts department is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She’s always quick to find exactly what parts I need at competitive prices and makes the whole process easy. She always goes above and beyond to get what I need quickly and with no hassle! Highly recommend!
I have been personally dealing with Tammy at Rush Truck Centers of Augusta since I came into the commercial diesel field 3 years ago. Tammy is knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. She has never once steered me wrong. She is my go to person in the CSRA for all Cummins and International parts. If I can't find what I'm looking for on my own all I have ever had to do was pick up my phone and call Tammy. She finds my parts quick and with a price that can rarely be beat. I hope we can continue to have a working relationship for many years to come. Keep up the good work Tammy!
I used Rush for my fleet’s PM, and our emergency repairs. The entire team has been extraordinarily professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Jamie in parts always has a solution for me, Carl my mechanic answers every question and explains what went wrong and how to prevent it, and Ricardo up front always find me a tech under urgent circumstances. Great service, and I’ll continue to use them and recommend them.
