The receptionist who answered the phone at Spectra was very friendly and helpful and did not make me feel like I was a nuisance (as the first salon I called did, but things work out for a reason, because I was able to get an appointment here instead). They were able to fit me in and Colleen did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair! She was so friendly and I never felt rushed. They just gained a new client.
