They were very kind and sympathetic to our issue! Very nice people. Highly recommend using Gilmer Towing if you ever need your vehicle towed. It's not often great customer service is given anymore, but Gilmer Towing gave fantastic service!
Can’t recommend Gilmer Towing enough. They went out at midnight to help a friend who got stuck in a ditch. She didn’t have any phone service and they didn’t stop looking for her until they found her and her daughter. They definitely went above and beyond what was asked of them and I believe any other company would have given up. They were absolutely scared and they calmed them down and let Them know everything was okay and helped them get home safe and sound. The owner is huge in the Gilmer community. He sponsors so many things and helps so many in the schools and sports. Support your local family owned businesses.
Great experience! The owner came out to change a tire for me. Super nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their service in Gilmer area.
