Dr. Redman took time to speak with me and ask me my concerns and have a detailed conversation about my concerns and recommendations. I was impressed with the scheduling. He does require a deposit for an office visit - at least he did for my first time in the office. but this was credited to my visit. This is understandable because time is valuable - especially when you are trying to stay on top of a busy schedule. The staff loved on my lab and she loved them. They were caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Redman and his staff are a compassionate team of professionals who have always provided my felines with the best of care. They encourage questions, strive to make the experience as comfortable as possible with the least amount of stress to the pets, and thoroughly explain what is going to be done. I highly recommend Ellijay Animal Hospital if you're looking for a caring veterinarian in the area!

You never have to wait long, which is great. Dr. Redman answers all your questions and is very patient with you. Nice to have a local vet that doesn't make you wait weeks for an appointment or wait so long in the waiting room. Also, great that his staff actually answers the phone!
