Had them come out to quote a project on my property. Was told it would be a week "or so" before I could get numbers. Three weeks later when I contacted them to see when I would get a quote I was told "well if you have someone else quoting maybe you should go with them"! What?? You really have me wait three weeks for something I was never gonna get? Oh well, based on this I'm sort of glad I'm not hiring them.
